Ce cours constitue un entraînement complet du corps qui fait travailler tous les grands groupes musculaires. Cela se fait par des exercices de force pure et de force-endurance (sans saut). Cet entraînement favorise le développement/l’entretien des muscles, active le métabolisme et favorise l’équilibre. Comment le cours est-il structuré? Après un bref échauffement de mobilité, le participant entraîne tous les groupes de muscles avec le poids de son corps et/ou (selon la disponibilité locale) avec de l’équipement supplémentaire comme des mini-bandes, des power-bands, des tubes et des haltères courts. Le cours peut se dérouler en «stationnaire» ou en «circuit». Ce cours améliore les performances physiques dans les domaines de la force, de la mobilité, de l’équilibre et de la coordination des participants. Pour ce cours, vous avez besoin d’un tapis, des bandes élastiques, de petits poids et d’une boisson.
This course is a total body workout that primarily works on all major muscle groups. This is done through pure strength and strength-endurance exercises (without jumping). This training promotes muscle development/maintenance, activates the metabolism and promotes balance. How is the course structured? After a short mobility warm-up, the participant trains all muscle groups, using his own body weight and/or (depending on local availability) small additional equipment such as mini-bands, power bands, tubes and dumbbells. The class can be run as a „stationary” or a „circuit” class. This class improves the physical performance in the areas of strength, mobility, balance and coordination of the participants. For this class you will need a mat, elastic bands, small weights and a drink.
