Entraînement fonctionnel circuit en plein air / Outdoor functional circuit training
L’entraînement fonctionnel convient à tous les niveaux de fitness (débutants, avancés, athlètes). Cette méthode consiste en des exercices qui ont pour but d’améliorer la force, l’endurance et la coordination. Les exercices sont effectués avec le poids de son propre corps ou avec du petit matériel tel que des bandes de résistance, des medicine balls, des TRX ou des haltères. L’entraînement peut se faire par exemple sous forme de circle training/interval training. Le cours convient aussi bien à l’amélioration générale de la condition physique qu’à la pratique d’une multitude d’autres sports (course à pied, cyclisme, tennis, sports d’équipe, ...).
