Ce cours est une combinaison de yoga, de mobilité et d’Animal Flow qui améliore la mobilité et la sensation corporelle et peut réduire la douleur. Il s’adresse à tous, du débutant à l’athlète. Grâce à différentes méthodes de mouvement, ce cours peut apporter les avantages suivants: une meilleure perception du corps, un soulagement des tensions, une réduction des douleurs, une prévention de blessures et une amélioration de la mobilité. Comment le cours est-il structuré? Après un bref échauffement, des mouvements issus du yoga et d’Animal Flow sont effectués. Tous les groupes de muscles sont impliqués. L’entraînement se fait avec le poids du corps. De nombreux exercices de yoga et d’Animal Flow se font au sol (sur les mains et les pieds), ce qui explique que cette partie est également appelée «entraînement anti-gravité». Le cours se termine généralement par un Flow, qui est un enchaînement de mouvements pratiqués auparavant. Ce cours améliore les performances physiques dans les domaines de la force, de la mobilité et de la coordination des participants.
