This course offers a full-body workout set to Latin music.
Simple, controlled movements are combined with a variety
of exercises that incorporate the main elements of fitness:
cardio, strength, coordination, and flexibility. The activity targets the entire body while maintaining a high level of energy. The musical and friendly atmosphere enhances the
enjoyment of movement.
