Full Body Strength and Conditioning N°2
This course offers a full-body workout focused on strength
and endurance. All major muscle groups are engaged
through bodyweight exercises and/or small equipment
such as mini bands, power bands, tubes, and dumbbells.
A high number of repetitions and a steady pace boost the
metabolism and promote fat burning. The class is structured
either as a stationary session or a circuit, starting
with a mobility warm-up and improving strength, endurance,
and coordination.
Required equipment:
a mat, two weights, and a drink.
