Gentle Aqua-Gym
The course is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Gentle gymnastics in the water, accompanied by music, helps to improve endurance, strength and coordination while respecting joints. Swimming is not a prerequisite for this course, which takes place in the small pool.
